Every activity is designed around development, communication and decision-making — not just outcomes.

Small-Sided Game — Ownership & Leadership

Create an environment where players take ownership of their learning through a game-based approach. The coach steps back and allows the game to be the teacher.

Developmental Focus

When coaches step back, players step forward. This game develops leadership, communication, problem-solving and emotional regulation. It teaches players that they are capable of finding their own solutions.

Passing Patterns — Trust & Connection

Build passing technique while developing trust between players. Focus on the quality of the relationship between passer and receiver.

Developmental Focus

Passing is a relationship — the quality of your pass shows how much you value your teammate. This drill builds empathy, connection and trust through the simple act of passing a football.

Warm Up — Connection Circle

A relationship-focused warm up that gets players physically ready while building connections within the group. Sets the emotional tone for the session.

Developmental Focus

The first five minutes set the tone for the entire session. A warm up that prioritises connection, eye contact and names tells players: you matter here. This builds belonging before any football begins.
